Consent Declaration
I hereby give consent to Experis A/S (the legal entity encompassing Experis, Talent Solutions, and ManpowerGroup) to process my personal data in accordance with the specified purposes. I am aware that information will be disclosed to clients and others as indicated below. This information is provided voluntarily, and I have been informed of my rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EU).

Experis A/S aims to protect your personal data. We are committed to processing your personal data in accordance with our principles of data protection and data protection legislation. We only collect and process sensitive personal information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EU) and solely with your consent or in situations where we are required to fulfill legal obligations. Below, we describe the types of personal data we collect, how we use the information, who we share it with, and the measures we take to protect your information.

How We Use the Information We Collect:
We collect and process your personal data to the extent necessary:

(I) to establish and maintain an employment or personnel-/internship relationship with you.
(II) to assess your suitability for a position or task, inform you of relevant opportunities, provide you with educational opportunities and services for transitioning to a new career, and arrange employment or tasks for you.
(III) to perform our tasks within corporate relations, on-site management services, and outsourcing.

Information We Share
Experis A/S may share the personal data you provide with all entities within the organization, suppliers who work on our behalf or assist us with candidate placement, and national and international customers as required, for example by court order. In each case, Experis A/S ensures that all disclosed information is subject to adequate legally mandated data protection measures.

Right to Access, Update, and Delete Personal Data
You have the right to access, update, correct, and delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For requests regarding access, updates, and questions, please complete our rights form.
