ManpowerGroup supports the UN's Sustainable Development Goals

We have been actively engaged with the United Nations (UN) since signing the Global Compact in 2006. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a blueprint for a more sustainable future. We are committed to promoting all the goals and are particularly focused on those goals where we can have the biggest impact. We support the following goals; 4, 5, 8, 10, 13, and 17.

Why is the ISO 14001 certification
important?

As part of a global organization, we have set ambitious goals to protect our planet. With an ISO 14001 certification, our commitment to sustainability and the UN's global goals becomes more tangible. With this certification, you can be assured of a high standard of quality and expertise when working with us as our customer.

Social responsibility and sustainability - Our contribution

ManpowerGroup has a great social responsibility, and sustainability is more important than ever. We support and work actively to achieve the global goals for sustainability.

Planet

Environmental work with net zero emission as a goal

ManpowerGroup has long worked systematically with sustainability and environmental work based on continuous improvement. We have committed to reducing our CO2 emissions based on the science-based target method (SBTi). We have committed to halve our emissions by 2030 and achieve climate neutrality by 2045. To achieve the goals, we work to minimize the amount of business trips and our employees' trips to and from work. We also have specific targets to reduce our energy consumption and the amount of waste.

We only want to associate ourselves with suppliers who are conscious of their own environmental footprint, and we prefer environmentally certified business partners. In Denmark, we are certified within ISO 14001 to show our employees, customers, candidates, and other partners that we are committed to doing what is necessary to reduce our footprint.

People & Prosperity

Work gives meaning to life

For most of us, having a job is one of the most important things in life. The workplace forms the basis for a materially secure and good life. It allows us to use the abilities we have and to experience mastery. The workplace can create development and learning and provide an important social community.
